The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Synergy House is pleased to announce that Synergy House AI Sdn Bhd (“SHAI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 25 July 2025, entered into a Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) with Tikflow Pte. Ltd. (“Tikflow”) to formalise the respective rights and obligations of SHAI and Tikflow (collectively, the “Parties”) in relation to their collaboration involving the Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) software known as Automa (“Automa” or “Automa RPA Software”).
