With reference to the Company's announcement dated 15 August 2022, 17 August 2022, 19 August 2022, 22 August 2022, 23 August 2022, 20 September 2022, 30th September 2022, 2 December 2022, 12 January 2023, 16 March 2023, 28 March 2023, 5 May 2023, 6 June 2023, 26 September 2023, 26 February 2024, 15 March 2024, 22 March 2024, 11 July 2024, 30 August 2024, 4 December 2024 and 23th April 2025.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Federal Court has allowed Bellajade’s application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court. The matter will now proceed to the appeal stage before the Federal Court.

The Federal Court has also granted a stay of both the Judicial Management proceedings and Bellajade’s Winding Up proceedings pending the disposal of the appeal.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in due course.
