We refer to the announcements dated 4 July 2025, 9 July 2025, 11 July 2025, 25 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 13 August 2025 and 18 August 2025 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the aforementioned announcements in relation to the Offer.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 August 2025 received a press notice from UOBKH, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 22 August 2025 ("Closing Date”).
In accordance with Paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the detailed disclosure of level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the Closing Date is set out in the attached press notice.
