The Board of Directors of InNature Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 August 2025 entered into a Franchise Framework Agreement ("New FFA") for the purpose of revising certain terms and conditions of the old Franchise Framework Agreement executed on 19 June 2019.
