We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 23 September 2025 in relation to the resignation of SBY Partners PLT as the External Auditors of the Company. The Board of Directors of MATRIX wishes to announce that Messrs. Kreston John & Gan, having consented to act as the auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 22 October 2025 for the financial year ending 31 March 2026 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
