The Board of Directors of Malton wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be notified later.

A circular to the shareholders of the Company containing information on the said proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
