We refer to the First Announcement made by the Company on 25 October 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under PN17, and the subsequent monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed corporation pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update that Bursa Securities has decided to allow the appeal against the de-listing of MMM and grant MMM an extension of time until 29 January 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
The Company will make the necessary announcement with regard to any development on the above matter.
