Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 29 July 2015 granted approval to the Company a public security holding spread of 20.81% for the purpose of compliance with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”) of Bursa Securities (“Approved Public Spread”).

The Company's public security holding spread has fallen below the Approved Public Spread, and  as announced on 18 August 2025, Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 August 2025, resolved to grant the Company a further extension of time until 12 November 2025 to comply with the Approved Public Spread.

On 6 November 2025, the Company was notified by its substantial shareholder, Distinct Continent Sdn Bhd, in relation to the change of its interest in AHB. As a result of the said change, the public security holding spread of the Company has now increased from 19.54% to 21.51%.

In this respect, AHB has now complied with the Approved Public Spread.
