Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 9 February 2026 on the above matter.
Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s earlier announcement.
The Company wishes to announce that the High Court had on 10 February 2026, dismissed the Plaintiffs’ Injunction Application (“Enclosure 3”) with costs to be paid by the Plaintiffs within 7 days from the sealed order:-

costs of RM8,000.00 to the Fairy Blossoms Sdn. Bhd., Liew Lee Chin and Low Kim Leong;

costs of RM8,000.00 to the Low Kim Kiat; and
-
costs of RM15,000.00 to the DFCITY.
The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
