Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of ChengCo PLT as the Auditors of BCM. 

The Board of Directors of BCM wishes to announce that Morison LC PLT (AF 2469), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 5 March 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
