The DIALOG-C3A is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
 

The DIALOG-C3A is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The DIALOG-C3A is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under DIALOG-C3A are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
