On behalf of the Board of Directors of Suria ("Board"), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to diversify the existing principal activities of Suria and its subsidiaries to include the power business and its related activities which includes, but not limited, to power generation, power transmission and distribution network ("Power Business") ("Proposed Diversification").
