Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Elsa Berhad dated 21 May 2026.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 21 May 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 3 June 2026.

In the event there is any change to the dates stated above, we will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website.
