The Board of Directors of Atlan Holdings Bhd. ("the Company" or "AHB") wishes to announce the dissolution of the Executive Committee ("EXCO") of the Company with immediate effect. This is following a review undertaken to optimise the Board's decision-making framework and to enhance the operating efficiency. All responsibilities previously undertaken by the EXCO will be transitioned to the Board of Directors and relevant management teams to ensure continuity and accountability.

The remaining board committees of the Company are the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
