Reference is made to AWC's announcements on 11 February 2026, 5 November 2025, 21 March 2025 and 6 August 2024 in relation to the arbitration between Trackwork & Supplies Sdn. Bhd. ("the Claimant") and Emrail Sdn. Bhd. ("the Respondent").

The Board wishes to inform that the Shah Alam High Court has set aside the Arbitration Award dated 29.10.2025 awarded to the Claimant ("Award") on the basis that there is a subsisting Judicial Management proceeding on the Respondent and the arbitration had continued thereafter, resulting in the issuance of the Award. The Claimant intends to take the relevant legal action to pursue further the said claim against the Respondent.

The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the aforesaid material litigation.
