We refer to the announcements dated 19 November 2025 and 26 February 2026 in relation to the MOU between K2 Bitumen and AMI.

AMI had on 19 November 2025 entered into a MOU with K2 Bitumen to explore potential collaboration in the establishment and operation of a Green Bitumen Facility in Sarawak.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that there has been no further material development since the previous announcement.
