The Board of Directors of OKA Corporation Bhd is pleased to propose a final single-tier dividend of 1.5 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2026 subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.  The book closure date and payment date will be announced at a later date.
