Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 11 March 2026 in relation to the resignation of Messrs TGS TW PLT as the External Auditors of the Company. 

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 26 May 2026 appointed Messrs UHY Malaysia PLT (AF1411), who have consented to act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, as the new External Auditors of the Company.
