Ms. Chua Leng Leek commenced her career in July 2002 as an Accounts Assistant with MM Consultant, where she was responsible for the preparation of accounts. She left the firm in June 2003 to pursue her ACCA studies from July 2003 to February 2004. In March 2004, she joined KHM Corporate Service Sdn Bhd (now known as Blue Ocean Corporate Services Sdn Bhd) as an Audit and Tax Assistant, where she was responsible for the preparation of accounts, audit working papers and tax working papers. She resigned in February 2005 and subsequently joined Audex Governance Sdn Bhd as an Associate where she was responsible for the internal audits of various industries before leaving as their Senior Internal Auditor in January 2008.

In February 2008, she joined Sanki-Kigyo Sdn Bhd as Assistant Financial Controller, where she was responsible for closing of accounts, financial analysis and budgeting. She left the company in December 2009 and took a short career break from January 2010 to March 2010. In April 2010, she started a partnership known as Boon Consulting with a business partner. In February 2011, they mutually agreed to terminate the partnership. In March 2011, she joined Dcor Trend Industries Sdn Bhd as Group Finance Manager, where she was responsible for group finance, human resource, administration and marketing functions. She left the company in June 2015 to start her own business.

In July 2015, she founded Pro Affluence Management (M) Sdn Bhd, an accounting and management firm, where she serves as Director, where she is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, including the provision of accounting and management advisory services. She also established Affluence Consulting, a sole proprietorship providing trademark registration services.
