The Board of Directors of Coraza wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Coraza Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 200101023388 (559146-T)]("CSM" or "Purchaser") has on 26 May 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA" or "Agreement") with GB Plas Colours Sdn Bhd [Company No.  201001021889 (905659-M)] ("GBP" or "Vendor"), for the purchase of all that piece of land and hereditaments held under GM No. 1509, Lot No. 2772, Mukim 07, Jalan Bukit Panchor, Daerah Seberang Perai Selatan, Negeri Pulau Pinang ("Land") together with a unit of Single Storey Factory with attached 2-Storey Office Building erected thereon ("Building") and bearing the assessment address of No. 1757, Lorong Industri 3, Kawasan Industri Bukit Panchor, 14300 Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang (Land and Building collectively referred to as "Property"), for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Thirteen Million and Five Hundred Thousand (RM13,500,000.00) only ("Purchase Price") (hereinafter referred to as "Acquisition").
