We refer to the announcement dated 15 May 2026 on the above matter. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

 

The Company wishes to announce that it had on 26 May 2026 accepted the Letter of Offer from RAC for the Proposed Development.

 

Further announcements will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course upon the finalisation and execution of the Agreement, or as and when there are material updates on the Proposed Development.
