Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 April 2026, 16 April 2026 and 19 May 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that at the hearing held on 26 May 2026, the High Court gave the following directions:

(i) The hearing of the leave application has been fixed on 9 July 2026.

(ii) An interim stay has been granted against the effect and enforcement of the tax assessments pending the hearing on 9 July 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments.
