The Board of Directors' of ITRONIC hereby announces that the Company is unable to release to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") its unaudited quarterly report for the period ended 31 March 2026 ("Quarterly Report") by 29 May 2026, which is a period not later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year, i.e. by 31 May 2026 ("Timeframe") as required under Paragraph 9.22(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Securities.

The delay in releasing the Quarterly Report is due to the additional time required for finalisation and verification of the financial information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the report.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(5) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, if ITRONIC fails to announce/issue its Quarterly Report within 5 market days from the expiry of the Timeframe, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in the securities of ITRONIC.

The suspension shall be effected on the market day following the expiry of the Suspension Deadline and shall be uplifted on the market day following the announcement/issuance of the Quarterly Report unless otherwise determined by Bursa Securities. Failing which, the Company's securities will be suspended from trading with effect from 10 June 2026.

Further, pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(6) of the MMLR, if ITRONIC fails to announce/issue the Quarterly Report within 6 months from the expiry of the Timeframe, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, de-listing procedures shall be commenced against ITRONIC.
