The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of L&G has recommended a Final Single Tier Dividend of 0.8 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The proposed dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 63rd Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement and payment dates shall be finalised by the Company at a later date and announced in due course.
