The MAYBANKC2S is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MAYBANKC2S is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The MAYBANKC2S is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under MAYBANKC2S are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
