The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 June 2026 entered into a new strategic partnership with Secuvy, Inc., a provider of an Artificial Intelligence ("AI") data filtering and classification platform, helps organisations across Asia-Pacific tackle growing data security, sovereignty, and compliance challenges in the era of AI ("Strategic Partnership").
