The Board of Directors of Malton, wishes to announce that Bukit Rimau Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malton had on 3 June 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Tanjung Nakhoda (M) Sdn Bhd to acquire the Johor Land for a purchase consideration of RM97,225,800.00 to be settled in cash.

The Johor Land measuring approximately 3.72 acres is a part of a larger piece of land held under Title No. HSD 640514 PTB 24790, Bandar Johor Bahru, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor measuring approximately 35.25 acres and is located near the Johor Golf and Country Club.
