Reference is made to IRIS Corporation Berhad ("ICB")'s earlier announcements dated 8 December 2023, 12 December 2023 and 9 September 2025, and IRIS Group Berhad ("Company")'s earlier announcement dated 25 May 2026 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that IITS had, on 3 June 2026, filed a Notice of Appeal to the Court of Appeal to appeal against the decision of the High Court delivered on 25 May 2026.
