VARIATION BY 10% OR MORE BETWEEN AGGREGATED ACTUAL VALUE AND ESTIMATED VALUE OF RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE ("RRPT")

Further to the announcement made on 4 May 2026 in respect of the variation between the aggregated actual value of RRPT and aggregated estimated value of RRPT by 10% or more, the Company wishes to announce that the aggregated actual value of the RRPT entered between FEHB and its subsidiaries ("FEHB Group") with Endau Palm Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd. ("EPOM") and Rompin Palm Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd. ("RPOM") has exceeded the aggregated estimated value of RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2025 by more than 10%.
