Reference is made to SMTrack Berhad's ("SMTRACK" or "the Company") First Announcement dated 18 May 2026 in relation to the Company being classified as a GN3 Company pursuant to Guidance Note 3 of the ACELR of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement.

The Company is presently looking into formulating a regularisation plan to address its financial condition ("Regularisation Plan").  

Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit a Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before 12 April 2027, for approval to implement the Regularisation Plan, which is approximately eleven (11) months from the date hereof.
