The Board of Directors of YLI wishes to announce that Yew Lean Foundry & Co. Sdn. Bhd. ("Yew Lean" or the "Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YLI had on 3 June 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("the Agreement") with Trilight Optics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "TOSB" or "the Purchaser") to dispose 2 plots of industrial lands of the Lot. 2432 (PT 1359), Tingkat Perusahaan 6, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600 Prai, Pulau Pinang and Lot. 2462 (PT 1424), Lorong Perusahaan 10, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600 Prai, Pulau Pinang together with the 33kV electrical system and substation erected thereon (herein referred to as the "Property") for a total cash consideration of RM28,500,000.00 ("Disposal Consideration") upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.
