The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that Savelite Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "Savelite"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 3 June 2026 received a Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") dated 28 May 2026 from Tenaga Nasional Berhad [Registration No. 199001009294  (200866-W)] ("TNB") for the establishment of PMU ('Pencawang Masuk Utama' or 'Main Transmission Intake') 275/33kV, Lembah Beringin Temporary (1x45MVA 275/33kV) Facility, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia ("Contract Work").

Technical Information:-

Main Transmission Intake (PMU) is the interconnection point where high-voltage transmission power from the Power Grid system (typically 132 kV or 275 kV) connects to the distribution network, where the voltage is stepped down (reduced in voltage) for further distribution to the end consumers.
