Encik Faizal Sham bin Abu Mansor resigned as the Group Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with effect from 3 June 2026. In the interim, the Board has appointed Ms. Vinie Chong Pui Ling, the Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer as the Interim Officer in Charge to oversee and provide guidance to the management team of DNeX. Ms. Vinie Chong Pui Ling will report regularly to the Board of Directors on the Group's operations, financial performance and progress of key projects. |
