PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF T7 GLOBAL ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 March 2026, 6 April 2026, 8 April 2026, 10 April 2026, 20 April 2026, 28 April 2026, 4 May 2026, 11 May 2026 and 21 May 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 30,000,000 Placement Shares issued pursuant to the third tranche of the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 5 June 2026.
