(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Prospectus dated 21 May 2026 in relation to the Listing)

(a) Level of subscription;

(b) Basis of allotment/allocation;

(c) Distribution of the private placement tranche; and

(d) Disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholder of Elsa arising from the Listing, if any.
