We refer to the above matter and this is an amended announcement to the earlier announce with reference no.: GA1-28052026-00089 dated 28 May 2026.

The Board of Directors of Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad ("SOPB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 26 May 2026 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary know as Borneo Peppers Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601021752 (1683849-W)) ("Borneo Peppers").

The intended principal activities of Borneo Peppers are to be principally engaged in cultivation and trading of pepper.

None of the directors and major shareholders and/or person connected with a director or major shareholders have any interests, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid Incorporation.
