We refer to the above matter and this is an amended announcement to the earlier announce with reference no.: GA1-28052026-00090 dated 28 May 2026.

The Board of Directors of Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad ("SOPB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its subsidiary SOP Industries Sdn. Bhd. has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary known as Borsara Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601021682 (1683779-H)) on 26 May 2026. ("Borsara Energy").

The intended principal activities of Borsara Energy is to carry on business of manufacturers, producers, importers, exporters of and dealers of biofuel, biodiesel, bioenergy of all grades, kinds, forms, descriptions and combinations.

None of the directors and major shareholders and/or person connected with a director or major shareholders have any interests, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid Incorporation.
