Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in Company's announcement in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("Announcements").

Reference is made to the 1st EOT Approval dated 4 October 2024, 2nd EOT Approval dated 21 March 2025 and the approval dated 19 December 2025 from Bursa Securities in relation to the approval for the extension of time until 27 June 2026 to submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("3rd EOT Approval").

The Company is required to submit the draft Circular in relation to the Proposed Disposal on or before 27 June 2026. However, the Company has yet to submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Disposal as at the date of this announcement.

On behalf of the Company, M & A Securities wishes to announce that it had on 5 June 2026 submitted an application for further extension of time of 6 months up to 26 December 2026 to submit the draft Circular in relation to the Proposed Disposal to Bursa Securities.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the Proposed Disposal in due course.
