We refer to the Company's announcement made on 3 June 2026 in relation to the acceptance of the Letter of Award from SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd for Sub-Package LS03: Construction and Completion of Long Spans, Special Spans and Other Associated Works from KOMTAR to East Jelutong under the Penang LRT Mutiara Line Project ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Company wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Announcement:

The duration of Sub-Package LS03 under the Subcontract is twenty-six (26) months from the date of site possession.
