Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(b) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of Kee Ming wishes to announce that Kee Ming Electrical Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kee Ming, had in the ordinary course of business entered into the RRPT with Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd., a company connected with a director and major shareholder of Kee Ming. The aggregate consideration of the RRPT from 12 February 2026, being the date of listing of Kee Ming on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities to 5 June 2026 had exceeded the RM1.0 million and the percentage ratio of 1.0%, and the details of which are set out in the attachment to this announcement.
