Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 4 December 2025, 5 December 2025, 10 December 2025, 15 December 2025, 25 May 2026 and 5 June 2026 ("Earlier Announcements") in relation to the Private Placement. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
