The Board of Directors of Rohas is pleased to announce that HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd ("HGPT"), an 86.8% owned subsidiary of Rohas, had on 5 June 2026 executed the acceptance of the letter of award ("Letter of Award") issued by Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB").

The Letter of Award which was originally dated 27 August 2025 has now been formally formalized and brought into full effect between the parties following mutual execution of a letter of addendum ("Letter of Addendum"). The execution of the Letter of Addendum effectively resolves outstanding administrative matters pertaining to the Sales and Service Tax (SST) treatment, thereby formalizing the commencement of the contract namely Fibre optic supply and services on TNB's high voltage infrastructure (project and operations) for ICT division - Mainhead A (Johor Selatan) and Mainhead B2 (Johor Utara) ("Contract TNB851/2025").
