Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement dated 8 April 2026.

Reference is made to the Announcement dated 8 April 2026 on the winding-up petition dated 7 April 2026 (Petition No.: JA-28NCC-72-04/2026) against Real Steel Sdn Bhd ("RSSB").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to further announce that during the hearing of the winding-up petition held on 8 June 2026, the respondent, RSSB, requested an adjournment to file an affidavit in opposition to the petition.

Accordingly, the High Court of Malaya at Johor Bahru directed RSSB to file its affidavit in opposition by 15 June 2026, followed by SLU's affidavit in reply by 22 June 2026. Both parties are required to file their written submission and reply submission by 6 July 2026 and 13 July 2026 respectively. The High Court has fixed the winding-up petition for decision on 27 July 2026.

The Company will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") as and when there are material developments in relation thereto in accordance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
