The Board of Directors of AWC wishes to announce that PT Stream Environment Solution ("PT SES"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has commenced the process of voluntary liquidation and dissolution in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia ("Liquidation").
PT SES was incorporated in Indonesia on 14 March 2024 with a paid-up share capital of approximately RM1.639 million. PT SES is currently a dormant company, and there are no future plans to activate the company.
ASNP Law Office of Tokopedia Care Tower, Ciputra International Building, 19th Floor, Suite 19-01, Jl. Lingkar Luar Barat No. 101 West Jakarta, 11740, Indonesia has been appointed as the liquidator of PT SES.
The Liquidation is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the AWC Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.
None of the Directors or major shareholders of AWC, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Liquidation.
