SUPREME CONSOLIDATED RESOURCES BHD ("SCRB" OR THE "COMPANY" OR THE "GROUP") - ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) PARCEL OF LEASEHOLD LAND TOGETHER WITH ONE (1) UNIT OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING AT LOT 2492, BLOCK 5 SEDUAN LAND DISTRICT, SIBU, SARAWAK ("LOT 2492") ("ACQUISITION OF LOT 2492"); AND ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) PARCEL OF LEASEHOLD LAND TOGETHER WITH ONE (1) UNIT OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING AT LOT 2493, BLOCK 5 SEDUAN LAND DISTRICT, SIBU, SARAWAK ("LOT 2493") ("ACQUISITION OF LOT 2493").

The Board of Directors of SCRB ("Board") wishes to announce that Supreme Marketing (Sibu) Sdn Bhd ("SMSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCRB, had on 7 October 2025 entered into the following agreements:

 

  1. sale and purchase agreement with Fortune Contracts Sdn Bhd ("Fortune Contracts"), for the Acquisition of Lot 2492, for a purchase consideration of RM1.20 million in cash ("SPA 1"); and

     

  2. sale and purchase agreement with Ting Wei Ping, for the Acquisition of Lot 2493, for a purchase consideration of RM1.25 million in cash ("SPA 2").

 

The total purchase consideration for the above acquisitions amounts to RM2.45 million, to be satisfied entirely in cash ("Acquisitions").

 

The Acquisitions are deemed a related party transaction pursuant to Rule 10.08 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad by virtue of the interest of Ting Wei Ping, as disclosed in the attachment to this announcement.
