Further to the Company's announcement dated 8 June 2026 on the outcome of the Twenty-Fourth (24th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the Board of Directors of ITMAX wishes to inform that Deloitte Malaysia PLT ("Deloitte"), who has provided their letter of Consent to Act as auditors, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, in place of the retiring Auditors, KPMG PLT. Deloitte shall hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.
