We refer to the announcements dated 19 March 2026, 28 April 2026 and 20 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 June 2026, filed an application pertaining to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act to the High Court of Malaya.
