ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH-SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF MALAYSIA SMELTING CORPORATION BERHAD ("MSC") ("MSC-C2")

We refer to the announcement made by MSC dated 22 May 2026 and our announcement dated 26 May 2026 in relation to the Special Single-Tier Dividend of RM0.04 per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2026 ("Special Dividend").


In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025, the terms and conditions of MSC-C2 shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or
Exercise Price being changed.
