For consistency purposes, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements made by the Company on 27 September 2024, 21 February 2025 and 23 May 2025. 

We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 September 2024, 21 February 2025 and 23 May 2025.

The Company wishes to update that the High Court of Malaya has on 8 June 2026 recorded a Consent Judgement through which it has ordered by consent that Onetexx and the Defendant have agreed to a full and final settlement upon the following terms:

1. No admission as to liability by both Onetexx and the Defendant;

2. Onetexx's USD Claim and RM Claim and the Defendant's Counterclaim as well as the claim of RM10,800.00 by way of the letter dated 28 March 2023 ("Letter") from the Defendant's former solicitors, Geetar Kaur & Co., are resolved amicably upon the following terms:

2.1. RM800,000.00 to be paid by the Defendant to Onetexx on or before 15 June 2026 and

2.2. RM400,000.00 to be paid by the Defendant to Onetexx by way of eight (8) monthly instalments of RM50,000.00 each commencing from 15 July 2026; and

3. The Defendant will write to Credit Tip-Off Service Sdn Bhd (CTOS) with the necessary application to withdraw the report lodged by the Defendant against Onetexx premised on the Letter, with Onetexx copied in such communication; and

4. Onetexx and the Defendant to each bear their own costs.
