The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 June 2026 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 8 June 2026. 

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "K. SENG SENG CORPORATION BERHAD" to "EC EXCEL HOLDINGS BERHAD" with effect from 8 June 2026.
